at St. Michael’s Catholic Church on Sunday, December 2, 2018,
from 4:00 – 5:00 P.M.
    The Holy Hour, with the Blessed Sacrament exposed, will
include a Rosary for Life, the Divine Chaplet, the Litany of
the Unborn Christ Child and time for private prayer and
adoration.

20th ANNUAL NATIONAL NIGHT OF PRAYER FOR LIFE

Uniting the Feast of the Immaculate Conception with the Feast of St. Juan Diego
    Attacks against life, marriage, family and the Church continue to threaten peace everywhere. The requests made by the Blessed Mother at Fatima must still be satisfied.  Prayer, Penance and Conversion will satisfy our Lady’s requests to renew our nation and world.
    The NATIONAL NIGHT OF PRAYER FOR LIFE provides this renewal and revival.
    In the United States, the National Night of Prayer for Life, on Saturday, Dec. 8 from  9 P.M. to 1 A.M. EST on Sunday, December 9, spans all four time zones.  The Hour of Unity is 12 Midnight – 1:00 A.M. EST., at which time the entire nation will be united in prayer.  All participants are asked to respond by phone, fax, mail or e-mail so that the Committee can keep a record of the event’s magnitude.
    It is recommended  that the event include adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, Benediction, the Rosary, prayer to St. Michael, hymns and silent prayer.  A prayer format may be downloaded from the website listed below; however, clerical preferences and local tradition should determine the content of the Holy Hour’s program.
