Thank you, everyone who came to (or prayed from afar) the National Day of Rememberance for Aborted Children event in Hastings today!

South Central Nebraska Right to Life, Life Runners - South Central Chapter Hastings and St. Cecilia High School Teens for Life participated in our first National Day of Remembrance for Aborted Children at Parkview Cemetery in Hastings, NE at the monument dedicated to the Unborn, put up by the Knights of Columbus.

Lt. Gov. Mike Foley was our guest speaker. Two of our state senators (Senator Halloran and Senator Murman) were there. About 70 people attended. Channel 4 Local TV showed up as well as the Hastings Tribune and a Tribune Photographer, taking interviews, filming & taking photos.

Hopefully, there will be some good messages sent out to the public about the need to remember the unborn, aborted babies, the importance of protecting the unborn from abortion. As Lt. Gov. Foley said, “If we don’t get this life issue right, our country will fall.”
