Join Us for Life Chain!

Join us on Sunday, October 5th, 2025 in Hastings for LIFE CHAIN! We will stand for an hour of silence and prayer from 2-3 pm along Burlington Avenue in Hastings, and hold signs reminding those driving by to “Pray to End Abortion,” “Abortion Kills Children,” “Adoption is the Loving Option,” and “Life is the First Inalienable Right.”

Please come join us and be a peaceful, prayerful, public witness to the sanctity of LIFE!

Bring your family and bring your friends! Bring a lawn chair if you cannot stand for the whole hour. Signs will be provided by block captains on each block. We will stand about 4-5 feet apart from each other and hold signs silently to give witness to drivers passing by.

If you are a member of any of these churches, here are the blocks you are assigned to, although if you see a sparsely populated block and are not a member of a specific church, please go fill that:

St. Joseph Catholic Church (Harvard) – Burlington Ave between South & A Streets
St. Mary (Sutton) & St. Helena (Grafton) – Burlington Ave between South & A Streets
Roseland, Assumption & Sacred Heart Churches – Burlington Ave between A & B Streets
Lawrence Sacred Heart + St. Stephen and Deweese Assumption Churches – Burlington Ave between A & B Streets
Berean Bible Church – along 2nd Street between Burlington & Lincoln AND on Burlington Ave between 1st and 2nd Street
Christ Lutheran Church – along 2nd Street between Burlington & Lexington Street
St. Cecilia Catholic Church – Burlington Ave between 2nd & 7th Streets
St. Michael Catholic Church – Burlington Ave between 7th & 12th Streets
The Godparents Groups – Burlington Ave between 12th & 13th Streets
Faith Lutheran, Peace Lutheran & Zion Lutheran Churches – Burlington Ave between 13th & 14th Streets
